How long does it take to remodel a kitchen or bathroom?
During our free consultation we will discuss the timeline of the project. Key part of the process is selecting your materials. Once all products are received, we will begin the project and stay on your project until completion.
What is the process for a remodeling project?
Schedule a free appointment to discuss your remodeling project. At the appointment, the home renovation specialist will measure the area and take note of how it can be customized to meet your vision. They will answer any questions you may have. Then our team will work with you closely as they put together a design and plan for the project. Once the plan and permits are taken care of, Platinum Sand Construction will begin the in-house construction process.
Does Platinum Sand Construction offer financing options?
Currently we do not offer financing options.
How much should I budget for a remodeling project?
Each project is different according to the existing home structure, size of job and customization. Our renovation specialist will discuss with you options that will try to meet your budgets.
Can I live in my house while it is being remodeled?
In general, yes. However, there could be circumstances where living outside of the house temporarily may occur. Our contractors will section off the area where they are working to minimize disturbance.
Does Platinum Sand Construction have references?
